Marketplace role

Fix-am helps customers discover and coordinate with artisans. The assigned artisan is responsible for delivering the agreed service professionally and safely.

Bookings and quotes

Customers should review service scope, price, schedule, exclusions, and evidence before approving work or payment. Artisans should keep job updates and quote changes inside Fix-am.

Payments

Protected payment flows should happen inside Fix-am or through approved payment partners. Off-platform payments may not be eligible for marketplace support.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, refund, or payout decisions may depend on the booking status, quote approval, evidence, work progress, and support review. Refund requests should be raised through official Fix-am support channels.

Disputes and evidence

Customers and artisans should keep photos, chat, receipts, quote updates, arrival details, and completion notes inside Fix-am so support can review disagreements fairly.

Trust and conduct

Customers and artisans should use accurate information, avoid abusive behavior, and report unsafe or suspicious activity through Fix-am support.
